Adds dimming to the background videos.

Features

• Works in 3D and movie PVs.
• Can be tuned to dim only the 3D/movie, but not the 2D overlay effects.
• Can be tuned so each song has a different dimming.

Instructions to configure the dimming accompany each settings in the mod’s config.toml file.
