Adds dummy PVs intended for module sprite making.

• Includes mot_ALL_SELECTOR_POSE from AFT 7.01/7.10
• Best used with RenderDoc
• Camera is pushed back far away with a low FOV so there will be low to no perspective when capturing sprites
• By default, cam is portrait so it would have more quality on lower resolutions. An optional landscape camera is included.

How to change module pose:

Change out the MIKITM001 in pv_900.motion.01=MIKITM001 or pv_901.motion.01=MIKITM001 in the mod_pv_db to whatever motion you want (for example MIKITM001 for the standard miku default pose)

• You will need to restart MM+ for the change to take effect
