Adds back the 3 songs that were cut from Mega Mix+: Hato (White Dove), Ievan Polkka, and Saturation.

Please note that some songs aren’t available in certain difficulties, their available difficulties are listed below:

• Hato: Easy, Hard, Extreme, Extra Extreme
• Ievan Polkka: Easy, Normal, Hard, Extreme, Extra Extreme
• Saturation: Normal, Hard, Extreme
